About 2 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Sam Carrozza. I was in Chicago interviewing property managers for the first time in my life. I’m a professional who lives in California and I was in Chicago with the task of leasing my deceased brother-in-law’s home. My sister-in-law and I arranged a meeting with Sam at the home to be leased. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism as he walked us through this process. We took a tour of the property where I had noted all of our concerns. We the returned to the living room where we discussed all the paperwork and the real life issues of what we were about to embark on together. I found Sam to be experienced, well informed, courteous, caring and warm. We decided we were a good fit. During the preparation for leasing, Sam continued to exceed expectations with respect to having good business relations with the services we required in order to ready the home. I received prior estimates for each service to be performed, accurate and prompt information as well as photos of completed work. Sam was there to oversee each project. He has an eye for good quality at a fair price. Fortunately, Sam began interviewing our prospective clients very soon. He was extremely thorough in collecting all the necessary background information. While Sam has been respectful of all parties, there has never been a question of who he represents. I currently reside in Philadelphia and have limited time to focus on the needs of my property. For the last year, Sam has been the property manager for my home in Chicago. When relocating, I was a bit nervous in regards to leaving my home. That was until I met Sam Carrozza. He has truly made this experience very pleasant.
